The breasts are a very important part of a woman’s body. They have always been considered an area full of sensuality and are inevitably associated with feminine beauty. There is no ideal breast size and beauty standards vary greatly from one person to another and from one country to another. In any case, the most important thing is that a woman is comfortable with her breasts and, if that is not the case, there is a surgical solution.
It is one of the most common surgical procedures in plastic surgery to improve the shape and appearance of small, asymmetrical or sagging breasts through breast implants. It is based on the placement of retromuscular (behind the muscle), retromammary/subfacial (behind the mammary gland) and biplanar (a combination of both) implants to improve the volume of the breasts, achieving excellent results and high patient satisfaction.
2. Breast lift:
It is a surgical procedure that intends to correct mammary ptosis, that is, to lift and shape sagging breasts from the effects of lactation and menopause. It is based on a series of surgical incisions that allow for breast sagging correction, lifting and correcting their volume and aesthetic appearance. The result is firmer, smooth and in some cases fuller breasts.
3. Breast reduction:
Breast reduction is usually performed to relieve a physical symptoms, rather than purely aesthetic reasons. Many women who undergo this procedure are concerned about the excessive volume of their breasts and interferes with many activities causing discomfort. In most cases is better to wait until the breasts are fully developed, although it can be done earlier if significant physical problems occur. This procedure is not recommended for women who intend to breastfeed after pregnancy.
